Attorney at law, member of the Bucharest Bar Association (since 1990), with professional capacity for the High Court of Cassation and Justice and for the Constitutional Court. Specialized in International Commercial Law (companies and partnerships, contracts, negotiable instruments and bank operations, international arbitration and any kind of commercial litigation), Private International Law and Civil Law. Nominated on the attorney list of the U.S.A. Embassy in Bucharest.

Former Judge at Courts of Justice in Bucharest (1975-1978). Classified the first on Romania’s national level exam for acceding to the profession of certified magistrate (1977).
